Mesothelioma advice.

Question And Answer Category: Cancer

Question:

Hello BlankHelp Team,

I don't have Mesothelioma, but I'm looking for Mesothelioma advice. I worked in a factory, and then a shipyard. I'm concerned, but since I do not have any Mesothelioma symptoms, I don't think I can go to my doctor for Mesothelioma advice. Where do I turn? My family has a history of cancer, and especially lung cancer. Isn't Mesothelioma cancer? Can you get Mesothelioma easier if your family has a history of lung cancer? I need help, and real Mesothelioma advice.

Thank you for your time, I understand you aren't lung cancer experts, or Mesothelioma lawyers, but I needed to start somewhere.

Our Advice and Answer:

Hello "Scared I Have Mesothelioma",

We do have Mesothelioma advice. The advice is if you even suspect you are a candidate for developing Mesothelioma, or any lung cancer, talk to your doctor. Your health care provider can pre-screen you for lung cancer risks before you even have overt symptoms. Mesothelioma can be a slow developing disease, which can exist in your body, before you even have any symptoms. So get your doctor involved, and get real Mesothelioma advice.

Many people are scared about the typical medical complications, like type 2 diabetes or hypertension. So before people have these problems, doctors will run medical tests to get baselines. This way a doctor can identity when a patient has a change in their medical status.

Remember, our Mesothelioma advice is talk to your doctor, and be completely open with him or her.

Good luck,

The BlankHelp Team
