| Hello BlankHelp Team, I have a small company which I operate out of my house. Not telecommuting for a large company, I actually run my company out of my home office. I first faced setting up phone calls, and getting a calling plan that worked for me. Now I am networking with other companies, and by pooling our resources, we can make more money. Now we conference call each other, but the multi-call charges are really hurting out business. I just heard about conference calling companies that offer conference calling services. I need conference calling service for my company, and my fellow networking companies. Can you give any insight? Thank you, Conference Calling Newbie |

Like any service provider, you need to understand their services upfront, and how much the setup and commitment is going to cost you. Conference calling companies can operate very much like your telephone companies, and you have learned their calling plans can take time to understand. Now if you are currently making a lot of conference calls, then a conference calling company might be able to offer a lower costing plan, than what you have now. This might mean you don't research all of the conference calling companies, but have a goal of saving money now. Then later looking into other conference calling companies for their plans, as you look to change service providers. Save money, plan ahead, and understand time is money.
