Our Advice and Answer: |
Hello Bobby,
Glad you want to keep active. We have some bike riders here in our mist. Stationary Bikes do offer you a way to keep active during in-climate weather. One suggestion, the activity level is based on your own abilities, and determination. So if you want to ride, you will ride. If you don't, well you get the idea. So you need to make your riding as fun as possible. When we ride here, it's because there is a slight sense of freedom, and speed. With a stationary cycle, you are trapped and nothing moves by.
So to wrap this up, if you think you will use the stationary bike, then get it. If not, try to schedule your riding outside during times of light and max warmth. Like during a lunch break.
Good luck with your cycling! Indoor or Out.
