Dear Tim,
Well you only asked for one, and we had a difficult time narrowing down our fall into sleep tips into just one. We don't know what you are using now, but we hope this one will help you:
- Before bed time, sitting down to a calm relaxing warm glass of milk.
As you can see, we kind combined a few fall into sleep tips into one, but they are:
Relax, Assume a sedentary level before sleep, sleep preparation pattern development, and of course, warm milk.
The idea is to get yourself into a pattern of relaxing before sleeping, this might help the stresses of the day leave before you lay down. Combine this with the effects of warm milk, you have a single fall into sleep fast tip, that might work for you. Remember, everybody's bodies are different, so results vary from person to person.
